Every engagement starts with an interview about your schema landscape; the map it produces — connectors, wiring, remediation — is yours whether or not you go further. After that you can enter at any rung and stop after any rung: assessment output is yours outright.
Step one, before any rung
The interview
A structured conversation about your schema landscape: what your agents read today, what needs to plug in, where the disconnects are, and what is costing you the most.
It ends in a working map of your context supply chain — the schemas you already have, the connectors your agents need, and the wiring and remediation it will take to reach one governed Core Model. Ranked, with the parts you can do yourself marked as such. The map is yours whether or not you go further. Within ten days of the interview, a paid half-day Diagnostic Briefing is available for teams that want written findings and a buy/no-buy.
How the Core Model gets built

Implementation and Managed Operations include the CoreModels licence for the engagement term — licensed to your team and readable by your MCP tools on your own agent API key; Managed Operations keeps it current. We take the interview map — your schemas, connectors and disconnects — and turn it into written findings: the seven-stage context supply chain walked against your estate, an L0–L5 placement with reasoning shown, where one governed Core Model would sit among your systems, and a buy/no-buy on the Audit and the Blueprint. Built so a finance reviewer can reproduce the arithmetic without calling us.

The blueprint, built. The first quarter is a fixed package at $75,000: we facilitate the import of three systems’ schemas into CoreModels (JSON Schema, JSON-LD, ShEx, or through the connectors coremodels.io lists), harmonize them into one Core Model with relation- and mixin-based mapping and an agreed terminology, export the conformance contract in the formats your boundaries enforce, and connect your agents through the MCP endpoint — in your environment, with your engineers embedded. The licence is included for the engagement term; expansion quarters run $60,000 – $180,000 by scope.

Care ($9,000 a month) keeps the Core Model true: source freshness monitored, new connectors added as systems change, schema drift caught in the change log before an agent reads it. Ops + Eval ($18,000 a month) adds the evaluation harness run on schedule against ground truth, every incident attributed to its layer, and on-call for the named agent workflows — reported quarterly in ROKA terms a business reader can check.
