Step one, before any rung

## The interview

A structured conversation about your schema landscape: what your agents read today, what needs to plug in, where the disconnects are, and what is costing you the most.

It ends in a working map of your context supply chain — the schemas you already have, the connectors your agents need, and the wiring and remediation it will take to reach one governed Core Model. Ranked, with the parts you can do yourself marked as such. The map is yours whether or not you go further. What it covers

1. Your schema landscape. The systems that hold structure and meaning today, and which ones your agents actually read from.
2. What needs to plug in. Sources, platforms and standards that have to connect, and in which direction.
3. Where the disconnects are. The places two systems describe the same thing differently, and who pays for that — the failure classes the map surfaces are wrong tool, wrong field, stale definition.
4. Complaints and opportunities. What is costing the most now, and what one governed model would make possible.
