Cruce Saunders founded Ariesnet in 1996 as an early pioneering Internet consultancy operated from his university dorm. Ariesnet grew from a single person shop to a leading web technology solutions firm, consistently ranking on the Dallas and Austin Business Journal's Top Web Firms lists. He has directed over 150 Internet application and website development projects, and has spoken before numerous industry groups. Cruce leads strategy, recruiting, marketing and sales development for the company and enjoys the freedom of virtual teaming. He moved down to Austin in 2005, where he lives with his wife, baby son, and four cats. In his spare time, you can find Cruce hiking, biking, traveling, reading, volunteering with Big Brothers Big Sisters, and always learning. (B.B.A., B.F.A. programs, Southern Methodist University)

Cynthia came to Ariesnet in 2005 with 22 years of experience in owning and operating her own businesses throughout the DFW area. For the past 15 years she has provided full charge bookkeeping, accounting, and consulting services to a diversity of companies. Her experience has included management of operations with multi-million dollar annual sales, and 50 or more employees. As business manager, Cynthia leads the Company's finance and accounting functions and her attention to details is outstanding. She provides financial oversight, manages cash flow and day-to-day bookkeeping. In her spare time, Cynthia enjoys her family and is a reader and outdoor enthusiast - enjoying hiking, running, water & snow sports. (B.F.A. & M.F.A., Stephen F. Austin University)

Heidi has been with Ariesnet since 2003. As our Operations Manager, she is responsible for developing, tracking, managing and maintaining key virtual business processes and systems. Treasured by the entire Ariesnet staff for her unfailing good humor and fabulous organization, Heidi's background includes extensive work with corporate organizational design and corporate transformation and client service standards. Throughout her career Heidi in change management and organizational design, she worked closely with Lucent Technologies, Newsday Newspaper, Allstate Insurance, the Omaha World-Herald and other organizations. In her free time Heidi enjoys quiet time watching movies, listening to a wide variety of music and keeping company with her two cats. She's also a Classic Winnie the Pooh aficionado, enjoys crocheting and spending time with her 9 nieces and nephews. (B.S. University of Nebraska. M.A., University of Nebraska)

Anne joined Ariesnet in early 2008. As the Managing Director - Private Investments, Anne is responsible for the sales and client relationships of the non traded investment industry - specifically REIT's and other direct investment programs. Anne's background has been in the non traded investment industry for over 23 years. Anne has managed and directed a Shareholder Services group for a Sponsor and also for an SEC registered Transfer Agent, which gives her a great insight into what a web solution from Ariesnet can accomplish. In addition to sales for Ariesnet, Anne provides consulting services for the industry on operational efficiencies and works on the ARC-Insight website, which provides a training & educational system for the Financial Advisors - again, all related to the non-traded investment industry. In her free time, Anne enjoys cooking and entertaining for her large extended family at her home in Novato, CA, where she lives with her husband Neal.
